Keeping in line with the long-term goals of the Amata Industrial Park has reserved 21 acres of the land bordering the entrance road from the main gate to the IP for a Commercial, Service and Residential area. Planned by the highly esteemed company from the USA, an elegant and modern master plan including a hotel, shopping mall, office center, communication center, bank, health clinic, leisure center, apartments, and villas compliment the already renowned offerings of the Amata IP. The Amata IP commercial and residential area will join the ranks of the highly regarded commercial and residential complexes in the South of Vietnam.

The final target to build a modern Commercial, Service and Residential township inside the Amata Industrial Park meets the demands of not only the foreign and local investors of the IP, but also the growing demands of the workers, tourists and travelers to Bien Hoa. The township has been planned to accommodate the expected growth over the next period of development.

The Commercial, Service and Residential area is built with the international high standards of quality found throughout the Amata IP, with available land plots of 0.3 acres to 1.6 acres available for lease. We are currently seeking interested foreign investors to help compliment the growing service-industry offerings already scheduled for development.
