| High quality stable Power Supply with 2 independent sources. |  The Amata (Vietnam) Company provides its tenants with reliable power supply for industries operating in the park, provided by two sources of power with 22Kv transmission lines:
- The private power plant (Amata Power Bien Hoa): current net capacity is 13MW. - Power substation from national grid (EVN): 80MVA (64MW).

Water Supply of national quality standards from 2 supply stations
|  Two water supply stations located within park ensure a 24-hour supply to tenants.
The total daily supply available is 30,000 m3. Water is mainly supplied by the Dong Nai water supply company. |

Liquid Petroleum Gas Supply provided nearby | LPG and industrial gases, nitrogen, and mixed gases supplied are provided to the tenants of Amata IP by Multinational and Vietnamese companies from the nearby Long Thanh District of Dong Nai Province .LPG is provided to the tenants of Amata IP by Multinational and Vietnamese companies including Shell Corp, Exxon Mobil Corp and many other Vietnamese LPG Companies from the nearby Long Thanh District of Dong Nai Province (60 km). Tenants also have direct access to industrial gases, nitrogen, and mixed gases supplied by the Vietnam-Japan Gas Co., Ltd.(VIJAGas) located in close proximity to the park. |
